TGI is a family owned and operated business that was created in 1994. Initially, the idea was to fill a void in the earthmoving industry in Northern California and to be able to provide large scrapers and related heavy equipment to companies in need of "Big Iron". Our goal has since grown from just supplying scrapers, to providing a wide array of machines, including dozers of all types and sizes, compactors, excavators, rock trucks and support equipment such as water towers and hurricane pumps.

We take great pride in maintaining our equipment at a high level in order to meet strict MSHA requirements and to minimize down time while on the job. We also have a considerable amount of machinery that has been repowered to meet the tier requirements of the Air Districts throughout California. Our entire fleet is registered with ARB and we are in compliance with current regulations. Also, with the Air Resource Board fleet requirements at our doorstep, renting has become one of the key solutions to your equipment needs and you are free from the long term commitment of purchasing or leasing equipment. Renting gives you the opportunity and flexibility to be competitive on large bids that you may not have had the equipment to accomplish the job in the time frame required.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best equipment available, combined with support of a full complement of journeyman mechanics whose primary goal is to ensure down time is kept at an absolute minimum. TGI endeavors to continually expand our clientele, by our great service and availability of equipment.
